We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems, ensuring data flows smoothly between platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
- Work with developers to create custom integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
- Monitor and maintain the health of integrations, resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and provide solutions.
- Document integration processes and provide training to users as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, data integration tools, and middleware solutions.
- Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
