Role Overview
Salesforce Senior BA at onshore for Insurance client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, with a strong understanding of insurance workflows and customer engagement models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures), LWC, and Apex.
- Collaborate with onshore architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate insurance-specific requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScripts.
- Strong command of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with insurance domain processes such as policy management, claims, underwriting, and customer service.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer).
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) for Insurance.
- Exposure to data migration and performance tuning in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
