Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP IS-U modules: Device Management, Billing, and FICA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and test cases.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in Device Management, Billing, and FICA.
- Experience in the utility industry with customer and contract
