Summary:
VisionWorks Optometry, located in beautiful Comox, Vancouver Island, is seeking an associate for 3-4 days a week to join our growing practice.
We are a busy independent boutique optical with a dry eye practice within. Our fun culture, high service level, and unique frame selection set us apart. We have 10 great staff and are equipped with modern instrumentation including a brand new Optos Monaco, automated (and manual) phoropter, Humphrey VF, anterior seg. camera, and more. The dry eye suite has IPL, LLLT, I-lux, meibography, Tear-Lab, NITBUT, etc.
This position will be well suited for anyone desiring a slightly reduced work schedule (max 4 days per week) along with excellent compensation. A daily average of $1000 will be easily attainable. For candidates interested in dry eye management, additional compensation will be given for completing dry eye assessments. A signing and/or moving bonus will also be provided. If you’re a winter sports or outdoor enthusiast, the base of Mt. Washington is a short 25-minute drive from Comox, and we are surrounded by the beautiful Salish Sea.
