Role Overview
This role requires proven experience in HRIS configuration, implementation, and process enhancement, preferably in a professional services environment. The successful candidate will work on configuring Workday modules, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organizational data in Workday, including departments, locations, and employee data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM modules, leveraging community resources for solutions.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, including PowerBI integrations.
- Configure and optimize Workday business processes, notifications, and rules.
- Ensure data integrity and support system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Respond to system issues and identify automation opportunities to improve service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years in Workday HCM.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools like PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of HR functional areas and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
