For our Digital – Business Solutions department, we are looking for a Senior Application Analyst H2R (f/m/d).

This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the position Head of Application Management Corporate.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Support of SAP roll-out projects worldwide
  • Support of creation and development of groupwide process templates
  • Customizing of processes and interfaces; conduct related test scenarios
  • Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
  • Design and conduct training programs
  • Regularly provide a support to end-users

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum three years professional business and technical experience within the SAP HCM area with an international background
  • Very good understanding of payroll and related processes. Knowledge of German Payroll would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR integration with other SAP modules (especially with FI and CO)
  • Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage.
  • Very good English language skills. German language skills would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects worldwide, and to regularly provide a support to end-users
  • Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
