We handle everything from strategy and brand protection to inventory and growth—becoming an extension of our clients’ teams.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who is responsible for nurturing and growing our client relationships while driving performance across their Amazon sales channels. You’ll lead strategy and execution for our largest accounts and play a key role in mentoring junior team members. This role requires a strong mix of communication, analytical, and leadership skills. You will ensure high-quality service delivery while unlocking new growth opportunities and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Client Management

  • Serve as the strategic lead for large, high-value client accounts.

  • Be responsible for delivering the highest level of client satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.

  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, strategy, and next steps.

  • Understand client goals, brand positioning, and challenges—translating them into actionable roadmaps.

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Drive performance across Amazon (& other ecommerce) sales channels.

  • Proactively manage timelines, communications, and expectations across all projects.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.

Client Delivery

  • Conduct weekly sales and performance reviews to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

  • Ensure operational alignment by collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Shipping, Brand Protection, Advertising, and others) and holding them accountable to high service standards.

  • Act as the internal voice of the client, advocating for their goals and resolving challenges proactively.

  • Escalate complex issues to leadership with clear context and solutions.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to junior Client Relationship Managers and Brand Managers.

  • Play a key role in onboarding new team members and strengthening internal processes.

  • Share best practices, strategic insight, and feedback to help elevate the entire client services team
