Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role by driving business value by understanding enterprise objectives, gathering requirements, and engaging in cross-functional initiatives with a strong customer focus. This will include supporting change, agile delivery, and performance improvement through stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning.
DUTI ES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understands the business opportunities
- Works with Internal IT customers to understand enterprise business objectives
- Elicit, document and finalize business requirements (e.g. processes, data, business rules, functions, etc.)
- Identify alternatives in context of business opportunity and business processes
- Support business to develop E2E user acceptance test and ensure business requirements are met
- Customer focus is critical – effectively develops relationships that build a rapport and gain support with business, vendors and IT Teams
- Clearly defines ideas, generates interest and influences others in one on one or group settings
- Accurately anticipates the responses and reasoning of decision makers
- Fosters collaborative relations while being an active member on business teams
- Documents and shares successful practices, templates and other work products
- Assures projects are implemented per a detailed schedule on time on quality and on budget
- Develops change initiatives across multiple organizations in response to business goals, cultural needs and partners with others to ensure success
- Anticipates the impact and communicates the benefits of change
- Develop organization performance metrics
- Develops presentations for senior leadership audiences
- Hands on project development with Agile Method
- Other projects/duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years’ experience with Business Analysis or Solutions Consulting or Digital Products required. Analytical person who will support delivery of IT projects, defining and writing requirements and specifications across Enterprise Corporate systems project portfolios, deliver organizational performance metrics, manage documentation and build/create presentations and training materials
- Supporting business partners to develop roadmaps and business cases
- Experience in Financial services lending industry
- Hands on project development with Agile Methods
- Competent at working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in providing direction and assessing results
- Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work in a well-balanced way
- Makes complex, extensive material clear and engaging
- A working knowledge of Microsoft applications; PowerPoint expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
