About the Role
The Sr BD Manager, Apps, will be the driving force in scaling LoyaltyPlay, Mistplay’s Games Reward Hub that enables app developers, publishers, and websites to drive incremental revenue, increase user retention, and make life even more rewarding for their users.
We’re seeking an individual with extensive trusted relationships across high-synergy verticals for the LoyaltyPlay product. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to establish and develop relationships with top enterprise prospects, build business cases and incentives, and secure long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify apps and websites with large, engaged audiences that could benefit from play-and-earn models using market intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to map prospective partners, clarify buyer personas, and develop targeted content.
- Leverage existing contacts and perform cold outreach to new potential partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from discovery to negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with success plans.
- Attend relevant conferences to meet potential partners across various verticals.
- Maintain pipeline activity records using Salesforce and internal tools to provide visibility to leadership.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in sales, particularly in SaaS, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Proven success in forming partnerships that generate revenue.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to co-create solutions.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to winning together.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience selling offerwall solutions to app developers and gaming companies is highly desirable.
- Background in eCommerce, Fintech, Telecommunications, Entertainment, or Food & Drink sectors.
