With offices across Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Swift Current, Canmore, Banff, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Beaverlodge, Brooks, Taber, and Cardston, they are known for their extensive experience handling a variety of cases across multiple legal sectors, from litigation and family law to business, real estate, agriculture, and personal injury.

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer for their new office in Calgary. This is a key role in their expanding practice, and the successful candidate will be integral to continuing their tradition of providing exceptional services on behalf of their clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Civil Litigation, including general litigation, family law & divorce, construction litigation, estates litigation, and corporate commercial litigation.
- A law degree from an accredited Canadian law school and membership in good standing with an Alberta provincial law society.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A highly focused, motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial.
- Preferred: A candidate with their own book of business is highly preferred to foster growth within the Calgary office.
