Senior Consultant/Manager, Enterprise Risk – Business Plan Evaluation
Join our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager to lead business plan evaluation projects supporting an ongoing program at MNP . This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent communication, and proven project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality evaluation reports on business plans across various industries.
- Guide clients on strengthening their business plans in line with program criteria.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery, including assigning evaluations to team members.
- Coach and oversee junior team members to maintain quality and consistency.
- Report project status, issues, and priorities to program leaders.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of business operations, marketing, financials, and HR.
- Knowledge of Alberta’s local business environment and regulatory context, including rural communities.
- Excellent report writing skills with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in consulting, evaluations, or business analysis projects.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in consulting or business advisory roles.
- Experience in business plan development or evaluation is advantageous.
