One of our partner companies is currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth in the US & Canada. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop frameworks to support decision-making and growth strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition and retention. Your work will directly impact the product’s global reach while aligning with its core values and mission.

Accountabilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive user acquisition and organic growth.
  2. Design and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports that provide actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
  3. Collaborate with the game development team to define and collect in-game data, ensuring metrics align with business and gameplay goals.
  4. Implement advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to evaluate marketing campaigns and provide recommendations.
  6. Develop and manage ETL pipelines, attribution methodologies, and conversion value frameworks to ensure data accuracy.
  7. Work with Engineers, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams to improve data collection and streamline data implementation.

Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  2. 4+ years of experience in data science, especially within consumer apps or mobile games.
  3. Experience with user acquisition campaigns, data pipelines, reporting, and visualizations.
  4. Proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and statistical modeling tools.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or QlikView.
  6. Knowledge of SKAdNetwork, mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, Singular, AppsFlyer), media mix modeling, and incremental measurement.
  7. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
