Your Role Within The Team
- Lead water and wastewater process design team in preliminary and detailed engineering design packages including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Work on Pumping station, tanks or reservoirs for process design.
- Work with multidisciplinary design teams in the preparation of engineering design packages.
- Project management to ensure quality of project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Participate in water and wastewater proposal preparation and business development activities.
- Leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of intermediate and junior staff.

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a University Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related training.
- Is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC, or eligible for registration as Professional Engineer.
- Has at least 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Has proven expertise and advanced knowledge in pumping and treatment technologies and is recognized as a technical leader.
- Is familiar with municipal and provincial design standards in British Columbia and other Canadian provinces.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 – $157,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into
