Job Description: Senior Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing complex projects from concept to construction
- Developing detailed engineering designs
- Overseeing permitting and compliance
- Managing construction activities including quality control and contractor coordination
- Collaborating with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams for successful project outcomes
- Mentoring junior staff and fostering professional growth
- Managing budgets, preparing reports, and building client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and PE certification (or ability to obtain licensure in WA within 3 months, and ID thereafter)
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in stormwater design, environmental remediation, and site development
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience managing projects and mentoring teams
- Skills in engineering design, permitting, and construction management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industrial stormwater design, utility design, or grading plans
- Construction oversight or management experience
- Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis skills
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with current refresher
- Strong project management and leadership abilities

Compensation Range: $130,000 to $160,000
