Required Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Intellimatch
- Strong Financial Data Analysis and Reconciliation experience
- Capital Markets experience and financial background
- Business-oriented Business Analysis experience, rather than system analysis
- Attention to detail, ability to drive requirement discussions, communicate with users, and work on proof of concepts
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong facilitation skills to clarify requirements
- Experience translating requirements into technical specifications for developers
- SQL experience and database knowledge
Must Have:
- IntelliMatch application experience (SunGard reconciliation software), Crystal Reports, and Cognos report development experience
- Quick learner of organizational structure, business strategies, and processes
- Knowledge of business process modeling and process mapping
- Ability to write clear and structured business requirements documents
