Scope of Position

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance Platform, Capital Markets the Senior Manager , Transformation Office provides business analysis and consulting support to capital markets businesses and related support teams . They are accountable for defining target state operating model s , including target state process es , technology, and data requirements in partnership with system integrators and internal delivery teams . These roles are a critical component of the Transformation Office, ensuring that the business needs of impacted team s are delivered through the program.

The incumbent will be the principal business consultant responsible for orchestrating collaboration across Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to deliver transformation objectives .

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define transformation objectives , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities .

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Transformation Office and operational teams in Front, Middle, and Back Offices.

  • Facilitate regular workshops and meetings to capture requirements and user stories, communicate progress, and address challenges.

  • Support the development of business cases through the identification and quantification of business benefits. Monitor and report on benefit realization throughout the delivery of the program.

  • Contribute to detailed plans for the successful execution of the transformation program, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • P rioritize business requirements and user stories in alignment with key system integration milestones and operating model changes.

  • Lead the analysis of existing processes, technology, and data flows across the organization.

  • Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Redesign business processes to align with the capabilities of new system s and leading practices.

  • Define and document changes to the operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and workflows.

  • Support testing of new systems and processes to ensure business requirements are met . Participate in the defect management and solution design where requirements are impacted .

  • Collaborate with the C hange M anagement team to design and execute strategies to manage organizational impacts.

  • Support training initiatives to ensure teams across Front, Middle, and Back Offices are prepared for new systems and processes.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support teams to facilitate smooth adoption.

  • Identify potential risks and issues related to technology, process and organizational changes.

  • Proactively develop mitigation strategies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly .

  • Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes post-implementation, ensuring objectives are met.
