$140,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Consultant to help deliver innovative, business-focused CRM solutions. In this role, you’ll lead projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their goals, design tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions, and ensure smooth, successful implementations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and translate client needs into clear solution designs.
- Architect, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE for optimal results.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver demos and support pre-sales conversations.
- Oversee solution testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing client support (onsite or remote).
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE or other CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM, O365, and related integrations (SharePoint, OneDrive/OneNote).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to change.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service certifications.
- Experience designing customizations and mapping business processes.
- Background in consulting or professional services.
