Market development and client engagement
- Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Ontario
- Identify, pursue and secure new opportunities with clients in the power, mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on OT cybersecurity matters
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our capabilities
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies
Technical leadership and project delivery
- Lead and execute OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field; an MBA degree is preferred
- Over 7 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, with a strong background in consulting and client delivery
- Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC 62443 are highly desirable
- Strong communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario industrial and infrastructure market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a te am
- Willingness to travel as needed
