Infosys Consulting is seeking experienced senior management consultants to join our North American Communications, Media, and Entertainment practice at a Senior Principal Level.
About The Role
An experienced consulting professional, you will be a thought leader in the CMT industry and a key advisor to defining solutions and will be on point to help clients define and realize the solution and business architecture envisioned as part of their transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the rapidly transforming business model of the CMT sector. You will have deep experience defining solutions and the enterprise architecture across one or more of the sub-sectors of the CMT industry (communications, media, or technology) and will have a deep understanding of industry business solutions and high-level system architecture and technology designs deployed across CMT companies. We focus on solutions and capabilities to transform our client’s businesses, including:
- Intelligent Customer Engagement
- Business and Technology Transformation
- Reimaged Enterprise Telcom Business
As a Senior Principal in Business Consulting, you will lead major projects and serves as a key customer-facing member of an Infosys CMT Consulting team. You will contribute to the development of solutions to solve business problems and increase adoption of Infosys driven solutions. This position is responsible for delivering actionable value across the CMT ecosystem. You will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement and perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
This job requires skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- CRM and customer experience management solutions for CMT providers.
- ERP, Supply Chain and Financial systems for CMT providers
- Knowledge related to company operations across key process areas, including service design, network operations, customer care, field services, and business operations.
- Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
- Project execution employing a global delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall project management, data management, data analytics and critical problem solving throughout the lifecycle of consulting engagements.
- Provides management and oversight of specific projects across all functional areas.
- Lead/key consultant with external client.
- Provides advice and consultation to external clients on analytic questions, address issues and reasonable timeframes for all project components.
- Manages adhoc client requests and provides clients with feedback on feasibility and timelines.
- Develops and manages overall project plan, working with project managers.
- Oversees business analyst in development of business requirements and project scope documents.
- Directs business analyst in updating project plans, change of scope or out of scope, risk logs, etc.
- Provide coordination for overall project and identifies synergies, duplication of efforts or overlap, and any project gaps.
- Works with consultants to develop analytic approach and methods.
- With team input, prepares overall client deliverables:
- Summary of key findings
- Recommendations including priorities when appropriate
- Develops PowerPoint presentation if needed which “tells the story” to the client
- Participate in the research and product development process.
