Your role as Senior Product Manager, Member Experience

Reporting to Vanessa Jones, Director of Product, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the Member Experience Product Stream. The mission of this stream is to improve the experience of Dialogue’s members. As a Senior Product Manager at Dialogue, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and leading your team to define and deliver high-impact projects that align with the company’s business objectives of improving our member satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Collaborate closely with your product leaders, peers, and various internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, Clinical Operations) to identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance our member experience, as measured by our Member Experience score.
  2. Manage the roadmap for your Scrum team, ensuring alignment with the overall Member Experience product stream strategy.
  3. Engage with members regularly through interviews, surveys, and user testing to understand their needs and influence product strategy based on their feedback.
  4. Advocate for our members’ needs internally.
  5. Work with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
  6. Measure the impact of your features against user and business goals using analytics tools such as Metabase.
  7. Translate technical concepts into clear language to facilitate communication across teams and leadership.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in product management, delivering compelling B2C experiences, with a full product lifecycle ownership.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  3. Proficiency in product development methodologies, including leading Scrum teams.
  4. Experience in product discovery and delivery processes.
  5. A user-centric mindset and passion for delivering impact.
  6. A data-centric approach to analyzing product outcomes.
  7. Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
  8. Humble confidence and flexibility in problem-solving.
