Large general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to direct major data centre projects ($150m+). You’re a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience. You will develop and execute project plans and schedules, ensure the highest safety and quality standards. You have a proven track record for meeting budgets, schedules and scope. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role. Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000.
Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager:
- Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent
- Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely
