Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to oversee the successful delivery of complex digital and I&IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps to drive transformation and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Must Haves:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Azure DevOps

8+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex digital/I&IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks

Proficiency with MS Project and similar tracking tools

Skilled at developing visual project roadmaps and timelines
-
Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues with clear recommendations

Strong understanding of business processes and technology to support transformation planning

Experience delivering options analysis and workplans to maintain compliance with project goals and timelines

Ability to resolve project delays through proactive dependency management
