Senior Sales Executive – Financial Services
We are hiring a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our financial services team.
Our sales team is made up of a talented group of experienced sellers who have expertise in penetrating their industries.
They have a deep network of established relationships (strong C level relationships) and thrive on building relationships across enterprise or mid-market financial service-based accounts. They have a proven track record of growing their client base either via established networks or hunting skills. There will be a preference given to those who have been working for over 5 years selling to Canadian Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets clients.
They are brand evangelists, who are passionate about technology and creative in problem solving. They are strong listeners, adept at supporting teams in pursuits and helping align to client agendas. They are results driven and are ambitious to produce a well-managed, profitable, and growing a book of business advisory and technology delivery opportunities across their client territory. They are professional story tellers who love sharing Slalom’s purpose, differentiation in the market and the many ways of how we have helped clients achieve their goals through our offerings and consulting expertise. They are well versed in working with Alliance technology partners such as Microsoft/AWS or Salesforce.
So, what will I do?
- Responsible for driving over $10 million in annual revenue through strategic sales origination, new business development, and execution of quarterly sales targets and MBOs.
- Responsible for a client or set of clients pipeline creation and forecasting.
- Executing discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene, forecasting & deal commitment
