Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead quality assurance initiatives for large-scale enterprise systems. This role requires a proven track record in testing strategy, planning, execution, and support within both GUI and non-GUI environments.

Job Description:
Must Haves:

10+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing testing efforts
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on testing strategies, test plans, tool selection, and resource allocation

Lead and organize testing activities for large, complex systems including integration testing, specialized testing, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress/load tests)

Ensure quality across cloud-based solutions, leveraging Agile and DevOps practices

Develop detailed test plans, scripts, and cases; execute and document results to validate system functionality

Collaborate with testing leads, IT leads, and project teams to ensure quality throughout analysis, design, development, implementation, and support phases

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure smooth system delivery and operation
