About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure team in the Infrastructure Support group, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in VMware Horizon VDI solutions.
- Experience deploying, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting VDI environments.
- Experience in VMware Horizon Cloud.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure public cloud.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with customers to find optimal solutions.
- Experience in any of the following, or similar, is a plus:
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft Windows 10 multi-session
- Microsoft FSLogix
- PowerShell scripting
- ThinPrint
- Basic Linux knowledge
- You are self-motivated, innovative, and analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to think laterally for problem solving.
- You are able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressure environments, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a project team.

Your Role:
- You will build and maintain Windows 10 VDI images.
- Maintain VMware Horizon solutions on cloud and on-premises.
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
- Package applications into AppStacks.
- Provide L3 support for Windows 10 non-persistent/floating VDI and multi-session desktops.
- Monitor VDI infrastructure via VMware and in-house tools.
- Monitor Service Desk queues and comply with quality guidelines when managing incidents.
- Respond and comply with escalation policies and procedures.
- Provide 8×5 operational support. Promptly respond to telephone calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Participate in weekend on-call schedules.
- Resolve and document system errors and performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of critical errors and outages.
