What will your typical day look like?
In a typical day you will be engaged in a variety of activities ranging from running project kick off meetings, to conducting design workshops, requirement gathering meetings, writing test scripts, doing demos, sprint planning among many others. You can expect to work in a highly collaborative, agile, and diverse team environment. As a ServiceNow Consultant you will also be expected to complete and maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications through our world-class training programs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering solutions to challenging business problems
- At least 3 years of configuration/development or functional experience for complex, highly capable, technologies – inclusive of ServiceNow
- Organized and analytical. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills)
- Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
- Good to have service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc)
- Experience in designing, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior consulting experience is an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement end-user requirements.
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Good to have ITIL 4 certification.
Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $57,000 – $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
