If you’re an innovative learning professional passionate about creating impactful programs that inspire growth and engagement, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:

  • Needs Analysis & Consulting: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across various departments and roles. Consult with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective learning strategies.

  • Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive alignment on learning initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in writing and developing engaging content for digital learning environments. Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and their application to learning solutions is a significant asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and teams
  • Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
