Responsibilities
- Undertakes and/or leads in-depth and complex application and enterprise infrastructure architecture reviews and assessments, development and/or support projects’ deliverables, to support new and changed enterprise priorities and initiatives, and client clusters’ and their clients’ applications architecture and/or business needs.
- Researches, develops, implements, and maintains application architectural policies and standards, as approved by management.
- Provides general and situation-specific GIS application and infrastructure architecture interpretation advice and expertise to other project and/or enterprise level I&IT project teams, client management and staff, clients, and external contractors.
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Enterprise Architecture Engagement Leadership Experience (30%)
- Total IT experience of at least 10 years, out of which, at least 5 years leading solution architecture on large complex projects
- Solid experience across a variety of technologies and design approaches (e.g., GIS Enterprise tools, APIs, Data Marts, Data Lakes, Vendor packaged and/or hosted solutions, Workflow Management, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science Workflows, Security, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.
