Scope
The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) seeks a solution architect – CRM to lead the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O).
Assignment Deliverables
As a technical leader, you will oversee data migration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, ensuring quality and efficiency in full and delta loads.
Other Responsibilities
- Lead development, implementation, and system monitoring of D365 CE and F&O.
- Define interactions between application components and middleware.
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and views aligned with business processes.
- Plan system integrations within the organizational technology landscape.
- Implement security measures to safeguard data.
- Optimize system performance.
- Provide post-migration support and data issue resolution.
Additional Duties
- Complete tasks within deadlines and report issues promptly.
- Submit deliverables for approval and adhere to security and architecture standards.
