Scope
- The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) seeks a solution architect – CRM to lead data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Assignment Deliverables
As a technical leader, you will oversee data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CE, including full and delta load design and execution, ensuring quality data migration.
Other Responsibilities Include
- Lead development, implementation, and management of D365 CE and system monitoring.
- Define interactions between application components, databases, and middleware.
- Customize entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views aligned with business processes.
- Plan system integration with other organizational applications.
- Establish security measures for data protection and access control.
- Optimize system performance for responsiveness and efficiency.
- Provide post-migration support, resolve data issues, and optimize data management processes.
Consultant Will Also Be Required To
- Complete work within deadlines.
- Report issues promptly to project management.
- Submit deliverables for approval.
- Follow security, architecture, and confidentiality standards.
