$91,200 – $136,800 CAD
This role is temporarily eligible for a pay premium above the posted salary range that is reassessed annually. You are encouraged to have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide more specific pay details for this role.

Job Description
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology programs.
- Minimum of 8+ years of strong hands-on developer experience.
- Have a strong technology background as full stack (Java primarily) developer with the exceptional experience building large scale enterprise.
- Building REST API, microservice, spring ,container solutions.
- Design fraud prevent solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring secure and seamless user authentication and authorization.
- Experience in Implementing secure authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
- Define and implement secure session management strategies.
- Excellent real world implementation experience in Event Streaming using Kafka.
- Worked on industry leading COTS solution, such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, Biocatch, etc. integration with home grown enterprise capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and security teams, to deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as Confluence pages, to guide teams in implementing and maintaining systems.
- Excellent Database knowledge and hands on experience managing a large RDBMS, LDAP, noSQL, Oracle, MSSQL.
- Frontend: Angular or React experience. Basic to intermediate scripting skills .
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) & Cloud platform(Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Log management tools like Splunk, Data Dog and Dynatrace
- Vulnerability scan tools like Veracode, sonar etc. Log management tools like Splunk, Data Dog and Dynatrace.
- Lead technical discussions and high-performance professionals at various capacity (junior to senior designer).
- Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application ( e.g. cross-capability/release issues).
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and security standards.
- Mentor juniors resources and BSA within and outside of the team.
- Lead and embrace the Agile work culture.
- Embrace on learning mindset to take each task as a challenge to learn and share the knowledge as a way of continuous improvement.
- Ensure design leverages existing reusable components, traces back to business requirements, and that new modules are designed with reusability in mind.
- Review technical deliverables for quality throughout detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
