Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in design leadership, preferably in a similar industry.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful design strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and UX best practices.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
