We are on the lookout for a diligent and independent student (m/w/d) to join our reception team at a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Enrolled students in any discipline
  • Working students, college students, university students, or anyone looking for a part-time job at the hostel.

YOUR ROLE

  • You’ll be handling reception duties during day.
  • Being the friendly face of a&o, you’ll assist guests throughout their stay, managing check-ins and check-outs.
  • You’ll answer phone and in-person inquiries, providing information on local attractions, sightseeing spots, and additional services.
  • Preparing hot and cold beverages, as well as snacks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the bar and reception areas.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently enrolled as a full-time student with a valid student ID.
  • Guest interactions bring you joy, and you showcase it day and night.
  • You possess a proactive work ethic, dedication, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and Intermediate in German – additional language skills are a plus
