Acsenda School of Management is looking for a motivated and professional Student Worker – Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a valuable opportunity for a current student to gain administrative experience in a supportive academic environment.
About the Role
- Part-time position (approx. 10 to 20 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling – morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
- Open to current Acsenda students only
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year or 4 full terms remaining in their program
Key Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide front-line customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Assist with organizing and maintaining student records and files
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Help manage room bookings and campus events logistics
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
