We are looking for a Superintendent in Industrial Mechanical to join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contractor based in Quebec . This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering , has extensive experience with large-scale projects . It offers comprehensive services, ranging from project management to execution of works .
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction work with foremen and subcontractors
- Read and understand plans and specifications to define work methods
- Create and manage the project schedule with the General Superintendent and Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the site
- Prepare for and participate in project meetings
- Plan, prepare, and purchase necessary tools and materials
- Monitor productivity, document issues, and prepare daily reports
- Ensure the quality of materials and work, prepare and monitor the budget, and analyze the costs of changes
