This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to BRP’s digital transformation, gaining experience across various processes. You will focus on SAP S/4 HANA systems, working closely with finance management and implementation teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading project activities such as design workshops, testing, data migration, training, and cutover activities.
- Overseeing process design for revenue, cost, and inventory accounting, ensuring efficiency and serving as a business decision maker.
- Participating in project planning and leading a team of two members to execute activities as per plan.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, updating them on progress and issues.
- Creating a high-performance project environment.
- Supporting functional analysts in planning, scope, budget, and timeline adjustments.
- Contributing to team performance and growth.
- Assisting in resolving high-impact issues and risk mitigation development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, or related; CPA preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, systems implementation experience preferred.
- Understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP FICO; knowledge of SAP SD, MM, LOG is a plus.
- Proven skills in requirements analysis, business acumen, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong analytical, systems thinking, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
