About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager – Technical Lead to join our dynamic Operations Automation team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of intelligent automation solutions that streamline and transform core business processes across personal and business banking, wealth, and collections.
You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like UiPath, Python, and PowerApps , and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact automation projects from concept to deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end automation projects: feasibility, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using RPA and Python.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Evaluate new technologies and their impact on systems and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine requirements.
- Apply best practices in SDLC, TDD, and release management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, Python, and automation platforms .
- Experience with RPA, scripting, testing, and system integration.
- Expertise in SDLC, TDD, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex technical projects.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with PowerApps, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong adaptability, learning agility, and creative thinking.
Job Details:
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extension)
- Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in EST or CST time zones)
- Schedule: Flexible hours (9–5)
