About The Role: Technical Project Manager with strong experience in consumer-facing applications and products . The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of front-end engineering concepts, system integrations, and code testing practices . Beyond technical expertise, this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with Product and Engineering Teams, manage conflicts, and mitigate risks effectively.
Requirements:
- Domain expertise in Retail / eCommerce is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of SDLC and Product Development Life Cycle .
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams , resolve conflicts, and manage risks. Must be well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies (including Horizontal + Engineering Scrum).
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments , with resilience and adaptability. Skilled at collaborating and building partnerships across global teams in multiple geographies .
