We are looking for a Scrum Master or Project Engineer/Manager in the area of electronics design to join our team in the Montreal region (QC)!

Role & responsibilities:
As part of our customers’ agile transformation projects in the aerospace industry, we are looking for a Project Engineer/Manager with specific knowledge of electronic design (FPGA) , as well as a good grasp of agile concepts and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) .
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of team tasks with other project teams and stakeholders
- Development of “RoadMap” or “Plan” to manage electronic design teams (FPGA, Hardware)
- Support in the improvement and optimization of solutions and processes
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance
- Prepare and lead Scrum meetings (planning, review, feedback, etc.)
- Ensure quality of deliverables
Qualifications:
- Several years’ experience as a project manager, project engineer or scrum master
- Excellent command of JIRA
- In-depth knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) – an asset
- Knowledge of electronic or hardware design (FPGA)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, natural leadership qualities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French is an asset
- Desire to acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company
