We’re hiring a Project Manager/Program Manager for a high-impact, fully remote role supporting one of our Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you’ll help manage and drive cross-functional product development initiatives from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate product development projects across multiple teams
- Own and manage project schedules, track milestones, and report progress
- Prepare for, lead, and follow up on meetings
- Write clear and concise communications for project stakeholders
- Create and maintain internal documentation (e.g., Wiki pages)
- Identify and track issues through to resolution
- Juggle shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of projects or programs
- Exceptional writing, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling tools
- Experience working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Airtable and Wiki tools (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
