Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMCHelix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Implementation Planning.
- Customization and Configuration: Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Data Migration: Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.
- Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.
- Post-Implementation Support.
