SuccessFactors Solution Architect
Role
The SuccessFactors Solution Architect is a key liaison between the sales and delivery team at Syntax. With a broad and deep understanding of SuccessFactors, the Solution Architect will support Sales activities as well as hold a key role in Delivery. The Solution Architect will participate in customer presentations, and work closely with Sales to define the commercial pricing strategy for opportunities. Other key areas of responsibility include:
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their operational needs and requirements, acting as an advisor on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Develop solution architectures and documents that meet the business needs and objectives of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems.
- Conduct quality testing on solutions to ensure they meet client needs and operate effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
- Stay abreast of new trends and best practices regarding SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share this knowledge with the team and clients.
- Participate in sales support – scoping, RFP/RFI response, SOW creation, solution design/architecture
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
- Help build tools and accelerators, and refine/improve methodologies
Requirements
- At least five (5) end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations in the last three (3) years with professional certifications in two or more modules (Employee Central is preferred, plus others)
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations
- Experience in the role of Lead Consultant and/or SuccessFactors Solution Architect
- Confident in a lead role, engaging with all levels of management both customer and internal
- Polished presentation skills at the C-Suite level
- Experience selling SuccessFactors preferred
- Bilingual French/English both spoken and written
