We’re Hiring: UX Researcher – Digital Product Strategy & Transformation
Are you passionate about creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences? TELUS is looking for a UX Researcher to join our Digital Product Strategy & Transformation team to help shape the future of telus.com and the My TELUS web and app .
As part of our UX Research team, you’ll play a key role in uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions and improve the lives of millions of customers across Canada. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and has a strong blend of qualitative and quantitative research skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct foundational and evaluative UX research using a variety of methods
- Deliver compelling, insight-driven stories through reports, presentations, and recordings
- Partner with product, design, and business teams to inform strategic direction
- Prioritize research based on business impact and product goals
- Help evolve our UX research processes and guide others in best practices
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of UX research experience with a strong portfolio of projects
- Deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability in a fast-moving, agile environment
