Location: Remote (Toronto-based preferred)

We host curated markets across the city, providing a platform for diverse vendors to showcase their products—from vintage fashion and handmade goods to food, art, and wellness items. Our mission is to support small business growth while building inclusive, engaging spaces where creativity and connection thrive. Whether it’s your first market or your fiftieth, The REC Market is all about real people, real hustle, and real community.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team on a fully commission-based model. This is the perfect side hustle or passive income opportunity for someone with a knack for networking and a love for local culture. You’ll be responsible for securing new vendors and corporate sponsorships for The REC Market and will earn a percentage of every successful deal or referral.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and onboard new vendors for upcoming REC Market events
- Identify and pitch partnership opportunities to external brands and sponsors
- Build and maintain a pipeline of vendor and corporate leads
- Collaborate with our team to align new deals with current market schedules and themes
- Track referrals and deals for bi-weekly commission payouts
You’ll Love This Role If You:

- Have an easy-going approach, strong communication skills, and persuasion skills
- Have sales, partnership, or brand ambassador experience (a bonus but not required)

Compensation & Structure:
- This is a 100% commission-based role with bi-weekly payouts
- You’ll receive a set percentage of every vendor or sponsor you bring in
- There’s no cap on earnings, and you control your schedule and workload
