What the day will look like
- Responsible for ‘knowing’ his/her clients and prospects
- Maintaining regular contact with client and growing relationships within their organization – both health relationship, but also introducing other solution lines to a client
- Leading changes of client contacts and ensuring any transitions are smooth
- Developing senior relationships in an organization – i.e., C-suite
- Implementing the engagement agreement and modifying as required
- Ensuring the revenue received is adequate for the work required
- Implementing Aon Client Promise discussions and activity and ensuring that identified clients participate in the ACP survey
- Ensuring that client happiness (as measured by the Net Promoter Score and/or through our formal client happiness check-in to be defined) is high and identifying jeopardy situations in a timely manner, developing a strategy to support the save of an
