Your main mission? To be responsible for the entire finance function (general accounting, accounts receivable and payable, treasury, payroll and benefits, facilities management and IT support).

As Vice-President – Finance, your responsibilities will be at the heart of our growth strategy.
- Financial management and accounting : Supervise financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation and audits.
- Process and tool optimization : Review and automate accounting processes to accelerate every step, from transaction to closing.
- Treasury management and billing cycle : Lead cash flow forecasts and operational financing strategies.
- Strategic planning and support : Develop and monitor the annual budget, financial forecasts and profitability analyses.
- Executive role : Participate in the strategic planning process in collaboration with executive members and the management team.
- Administration and shared services : Supervise facilities management, administrative services (purchasing, infrastructure) as well as coordinate operational support for IT tools and equipment.
- Finance team management : Lead and develop the Finance team.
Requirements
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strengths!
- You hold a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting
- You have 10 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in a management role
- You have experience in a professional services firm (an asset)
- You hold a CPA designation, MBA or any other professional accreditation focused on leadership and management (an asset)
- You have solid experience in ERP and BI process automation
- You possess strong skills in financial modeling, treasury management and process optimization
- You are known as an inspiring leader
- You have an analytical mind and are results-oriented
- You demonstrate great enthusiasm for teamwork, and distinguish yourself as an engaged, transparent and honest team player
- You have a strong interest in the strategic and global aspects of an organization
- You are an exceptional communicator, both in French and English (bilingual)
- You demonstrate rigor, structure and autonomy
