As a Warehouse Manager, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
- Assist in managing all processes related to the transportation and on-time delivery of goods to customers with a goal to minimize expenses
- Resolve escalated distribution issues with customers
- Assist in reviewing, approving and completing payroll daily
- Associate management, including hiring, terminating, performance reviews, role changes and salary changes
- Responsible for growing and developing a progressive team through industry and career focused Learning and Development, ongoing performance feedback and coaching, and open communication
- Ensure the Program of Safety Excellence is implemented, adhered to and kept current according to the program and legislated requirements
What does it take to get on track?
- Must have experience working in warehouse environments & proven ability to lead and work within a team environment; this includes performance management, coaching and team building skills
- Ability to consistently lift heavy products in an efficient, safe manner
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team to achieve operational performance measurement targets
