We’re looking for a
Generative AI Engineer
with hands-on experience in
Prompt Engineering
,
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
, and frameworks for
agentic process automation
such as
LangGraph
and
AutoGen
. This is a part-time, remote-first role with occasional direct collaboration with customers.

Your Role

  • Design and refine effective
    prompt strategies
    for LLMs in applied business and technical contexts
  • Build and optimize
    RAG pipelines
    using vector databases and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Develop and maintain agentic workflows using tools like
    LangGraph
    ,
    AutoGen
    , or similar libraries
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate generative AI features into existing tools and services
  • Join
    customer workshops
    to understand requirements, present solutions, and support adoption
  • Work flexibly within a
    Scrum-style Agile environment
    , contributing based on availability and expertise

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in
    Computer Science
    ,
    AI
    ,
    Data Science
    , or a related field
  • Deep understanding of
    LLMs
    ,
    prompt engineering
    , and generative AI use cases
  • Proven experience with
    RAG architectures
    and relevant tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Pinecone)
  • Proficient in
    Python
    , with knowledge of
    Docker Compose
    and
    basic AWS services
  • Hands-on experience with
    LangGraph
    ,
    AutoGen
    , or other agent-based AI frameworks
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong communication skills; able to present complex concepts clearly to customers
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a startup-style remote environment
